Industry Demo Org (IDO): 
Industry Demo Orgs (IDO) are solely intended for demonstrating Salesforce industry solutions to customers and are not intended for Customers to use.  The IDO includes configuration and additional data, apps & communities, and demo scripts with a click path, talk track and screenshots. The Industry Demo Org is the same powerful environment that Salesforce Solution Engineers use on a daily basis to showcase our industry solutions. 

Access to Industry Demo Orgs is exclusive to the Salesforce Partner Readiness Program - you must participate in SDO training to activate this benefit and hold a current Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant or Sales Cloud Consultant Certification to be eligible for IDO use. You will be asked to provide evidence of your certifications via the Whitelisting process.

To Get Access to the IDO: 
  • Complete the Simple Demo Org Fundamentals course in Partner Learning Camp. 
    *Please Note: You must first log into the Partner Community in order to access the Partner Learning Camp curriculum. If you need further assistance on accessing the Partner Learning Camp curriculum, please see this post.
  • Unlock the provisioning tool exclusively in Partner Learning Camp via a tab called “Demo Orgs”. 
    *Please Note: This “Demo Orgs” tab is conditional on the passing of the PLC course titled
    Simple Demo Org (SDO) Fundamentals. 
  • Select the “Retail & Consumer Goods (RCG) IDO” from the “Demo Type” field 
  • Note as of October 24, 2022 the demo org includes Consumer Goods Offline Capabilities
  • Check the box for the Master Subscription Agreement and click “Submit”
    *Please Note: You will receive an email with a link to access the provisioned Demo Org approximately 1 hour after submitting the form.

To access a Consumer Goods Cloud: Retail Execution Partner Dev Org, partners can follow these steps:

How do I install Salesforce Maps?
