Quip and Salesforce Anywhere Customer Support Documentation Has a New Home

We are excited to announce that we are migrating all of Quip and Salesforce Anywhere’s customer support articles and documentation to Salesforce’s Help and Training Portal! Now, you'll be able to request Quip and Salesforce Anywhere technical support from the same place you get support for your other Salesforce products.

Beginning on Monday, December 1, 2020, we will no longer accept new cases via quipsupport.com. We will accept new cases there until that date but we would strongly encourage our customers to start to create cases exclusively via help.salesforce.com.

How do I log a support case for Quip or Salesforce Anywhere?

Just head over to Salesforce’s Help and Training Portal at help.salesforce.com. You’ll need to log in to get support and access Success Plan Services. Once you’re there you can file new cases for Quip and Salesforce Anywhere. Here’s a guide to create a new case for Quip.

What will happen to my existing support case?

We’ve got you covered. If you’ve filed a support case before December 1, 2020, you can continue to update this ticket until the support team has answered your questions, logged your feedback, or confirmed that the issue is resolved. Alternatively, you can start logging cases at help.salesforce.com.

Where do I access Quip or Salesforce Anywhere technical documentation?

On Salesforce’s Help and Training Portal you’ll be able to:

  • Browse all of our product and technical documentation
  • Quip and Salesforce Anywhere user and Admin trails
  • The Salesforce Trailblazer community where you can ask questions and get answers from fellow customers
  • Create a support case.

You can sign up for new virtual trainings for both Quip and Salesforce Anywhere with our team of experts and educators at quip.com/training. There you’ll find opportunities to sign up for weekly webinars for both admins and users. It’s the best place to get started on your path to becoming an expert on Quip and Salesforce Anywhere.
