Update (August 26, 2016): I’m excited to announce that Salesforce has closed its acquisition of Quip! We’re thrilled to be a part of the Salesforce family.

We have some big news to share — Salesforce has agreed to acquire Quip!

We’re inspired by the possibilities ahead of us.
