Customer Success

We pride ourselves on being the most responsive partners our customers work with. We measure our success by whether or not every single person at any given company considers Quip an essential part of their day.


Hiring great people, giving them the tools they need, and keeping them happy: This is what our operations team focuses on. They balance the books, make our office space amazing, and do what it takes to keep Quip running.


Our product team works with everyone else at Quip to understand our customers' needs, and integrate those needs into the product. We identify opportunities based on our values, along with what's best for our customers, and take those ideas from start to ship.
